Linda graduated from Mt Abraham UHS in 1969. She married her husband, Kirk in 1973 and they began their family next year. Linda became a caregiver first to children and then to the elderly. She owned and operated a Community Care Home for the elderly for 37 years. After her retirement, she continued to care for the elderly by working for family members. She was a valued commodity and everyone fought over getting her first!

The greatest joy of Linda and Kirks life together was entertaining their family and friends with lavish barbecues and dinners and get togethers. There was nothing they enjoyed more than having their children and grandchildren around them. Linda was known for her epic and amazing cooking skills and if you got an invitation to eat there, you had gold! You couldn’t find a woman who exuded more love and generosity than Linda Roscoe. If you knew her, you knew love in its most pure form. Linda was known for her jokes and laughter. She loved to tease children and adults alike and didn’t mind being teased herself. There was not a child born who didn’t adore this woman. She made everyone feel like they had a very special place in her heart. Linda had the most forgiving heart in this universe. Her words to everyone were “Just let it go, It’s not worth it” Lind was a God Loving woman and her faith was absolutely incredible.

Her words while she was so sick were “Don’t worry, God has me. I will be alright. It’s a win/win for me. If I am cured, I will stay here with my earth family and if I go to Heaven I will walk the streets of God and be with my heavenly family’. So when you think of Linda, think of love. Think of forgiveness, Think of faith. Think of caring for others always and first. She was love. There is no greater word to describe her. And just so you know…she loved you MORE!
