Martha L. (Roscoe) Phillips, 96 passed away at home do to failing health. Born November 15, 1924 to Frank & Gladys (Meader) Roscoe at the family farm, which her parents purchased in 1920.
She was predeceased by her husband Henry Phillips in 2016. Also by her parents.
Surviving are her children, Terry (Starr), Jeffrey (Olive), Jackie Fefee, 6 grandkids, 7 great grandkids, sister-in-law Elaine Roback of New York, good friend Barbara Farr of Starksboro.
