Merrill Joseph (Guy) Carter,75, passed away Thursday, September 23, 2021 surrounded by his family and friends.
He was born on December 5, 1945 in Middlebury the son of Merrill LaFrance and Sylvia Ploof.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, wheeling and dealing and being with family and friends.
Predeceased by his wife Judy and his son Pojo.
Guy is survived by his children, Kim and Glen Jewell, Tammy and Ray Germain, and Jay Martin; his seven grandchildren Christopher, Melissa, Amanda, RJ, Jared, Jordon, and Jasmime; great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A graveside services will be held 1 p.m. on Friday, October 1st at Mt. St. Joseph in Bristol. With a reception following and everyone is welcome to attend at Kim Jewell house or Queen Bee located at 1915 Hardscrabble Road, Bristol, VT.
