Patrick Paul Blaise,76, passed away Saturday, January 14, 2023 at Woodridge Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Berlin.
He was born November 6, 1946 in Middlebury the son of Paul and Madeline (Rheaume) Blaise.
His hobbies were guns and his animals.
Patrick is survived by his son Logan Blaise; and by his sister Victoria Yantz.
