Thomas A. Blaise, 69, passed away Friday, July 5, 2019 at University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington.
He was born October 9, 1949 in Vergennes the son of Paul and Madeline (Rheaume) Blaise.
He enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Thomas is survived by his wife Debby Blaise of Vergennes; his children Thomas J. Blaise and Melissa J. Casey; two grandchildren, Hunter and Kayla; a great grandchild Carter; a brother Patrick Blaise; a sister Vicki Yantz; and several nieces and nephews.
Thomas wishes was not to have a funeral service.
