Clarence E. Fagan Jr., 91, passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at his daughter Claudia and her husband Harold’s home in New Haven with his wife of 66 years, Patricia, by his side.
He was born December 21, 1927 in Rutland the son of Dr. Clarence and Mildred (Thomson) Fagan Sr.
A retiree of Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Clarence found the most pleasure in his innumerable later-in-life jobs and volunteer positions.
He is survived by his wife Patricia; seven children Peter, Christina (Tony), Claudia (Harold), Patrick, Cyrie, Clare and Carol; 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; 1 niece and his cherished cousins; John, Ted, Martha and Peter Heffernan.
Visiting hours will be held Sunday, February 17th at Brown-McClay Funeral Home in Vergennes from 5 to 7 p.m. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 1 p.m. on Monday, February 18th at St. Peter’s Church in Vergennes.
