Elizabeth Ann Myers, age 83, of Vergennes Vermont passed away on October 1, 2016 at Vergennes residential care. She was born in Middlebury Vermont on October 13, 1932, the daughter of Charles H and Ruth (Dugan) LeBeau.
Betty worked at Simmons Precision and The Weeks school. She was a lifelong member of Saint Peters Catholic Church. She loved playing Bingo and golf.
She survived by her son Gordon his wife Jeanette, son Donald and his wife Margie, daughter Christine Bradford and Son-in-law Robert Evarts. Also survived by her survived by her beloved grandchildren Aaron and Kyle Myers, Charles and Bill Bradford, Nathan, Eric and Judd Evarts and Angela Polacsek, great-grand daughter Mikayla Polacsek, brother-in-law Bob Russell, sister-in-law Jean Gobbi, and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband Robert “Moose” Myers, her daughter Katherine Evarts and brother Charlie LaBeau, sister Janice (LaBeau) Russell and brother-in-law Remo Gobbi.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at 11 AM at Saint Peters Church in Vergennes. Interment will follow in Prospect Cemetery. Visiting hours will be on Tuesday, October 4 from 5PM to 8 PM at Brown and McClay Funeral Home in Vergennes. Memorial contributions in Betty’s name maybe sent to Addison County Home Health and Hospice, Middlebury, Vermont.
