Jon E. Wilson passed away January 22, 2016 in Burlington, VT after a brief illness.
He was born on November 22, 1955 in Keene, NH the son of Wayne Wilson and Winnifred (Holm) Wilson of Richmond, NH.
He graduated from Monadnock Regional High School. Jon enjoyed life and being with his friends and family. Jon had worked at Tim’s IGA, Bakers Distributing, Vergennes Variety and Small City Market in Vergennes, VT.
Jon is survived by his sister-in- law Holly Wilson of NH, his nieces and nephews, Kirk Wilson and his wife Kristen Wilson of NC, Kristen Wilson-Birnie and her husband Scott Birnie of NH, Jennifer Desmaris Longiaru and her husband Christopher Longiaru of NY, Zachary Wilson of SC, Katie L Wilson-Carraher and her husband William Carraher of NH, Robert W. Wilson and his wife Laura Palladino-Wilson of Conn., Kyle E. Wilson of ME, Gregory Wilson of NH, six great nieces and nephews; his dear friends Elaine and Gary Russell of VT and Rex and June Shepard of VT; many cousins and a brother Larry Wilson.
Jon is predeceased by his parents and two brothers Robert and Scott Wilson.
Please join Jon’s family and friends at Brown-McClay Funeral Home in Vergennes on January 31, 2016 from 11a.m. to 1 p.m. to celebrate Jon’s life. Come share and enjoy stories and photos of our dear Jon. There will be another celebration of Jon’s life in the spring in NH. Interment will be in NH.
