Ralph W. Butler Jr., 55, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital.
He was born June 19, 1962 in Middlebury; the son of Ralph and Shirley Butler Sr.
Ralph served in the United States Army as a Sergeant First Class. He was a member of the Vergennes United Methodist Church where he enjoyed helping with monthly dinners and other events. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, golfing, wood working, time with his two dogs Buddy and Tippy, snowshoeing and hiking. Ralph was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.
Ralph is survived by his wife Corinna Butler; two children, Justin Butler his wife Laura, their son Rowan; Stephanie Barrett her husband Andrew, their daughter Fiona and son Brecken; brother Randy Butler and wife Wendy; two sisters Terry Butler and Kathy Bessette; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held 10 AM on Thursday, November 2nd at the Vergennes United Methodist Church, burial will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Vergennes United Methodist Church, Attn. Sandra Driscoll.
