Virginia H. Hurd passed away Saturday, May 21, 2016 at Vergennes Residential Care in Vergennes.
She was born April 27, 1924 in Addison the daughter of Frederick and Helen Hilton.
Virginia and Walter owned and operated a farm in Addison for many years. She loved going to the senior center and visiting with her friends and playing bingo. She resided at Valley View Apartments and recently moved to Vergennes Residential Care.
Predeceased by her husband Walter Hurd on August 11, 2005.
She is survived by several cousins.
Calling hours are from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 28th with a funeral service following at 11 a.m. at Brown-McClay Funeral Home in Vergennes. Interment will be in Grand View Cemetery in Addison.
